IMPORTANT: Annual dues are due Feb 15, 2026. After March 1, 2026, interest will be applied at the rate of 18% (1.5% per month) if the dues are not paid in full by the Feb 15, 2026 due date or if a payment plan was not arranged. First payment installment must be received by Feb 15, 2026.

The 2026 POA dues MUST be paid in full before the end of the 2026 calendar year.
